Governance Solutions have been delivering certifications, resources, consulting, and education to boards and directors for 30+ years, across 3 sub- brands — and a unified brand system and marketing approach was needed.

We redesigned all 3 brands to maintain key heritage elements while charting a striking new, unified design direction, along with updates websites, course materials, and marketing collateral.

Brand Elements
New logos, a refined colour palette, and a unified system of dots and dashes across all 3 sub-brands, based off the core “pillar” from the original logo, and extending the concept of governance to a pen for individual directors.





Websites
UX, Graphics, and Content for the corporate website for each sub-brand, with a holistic content strategy that linked content across all 3 websites to create one “governance ecosystem” across the brands.
